The PJ Casanave Land Clearing Company has a zero tolerance for the use of illegal substances. It is policy to prescreen new hires and to randomly drug screen existing employees.   All truck drivers must pass the drug screen annually as they renew their Commercial Drivers' License. From time to time, it may be required of all personnel to pass a drug screen prior to starting a project.

Field personnel are required to travel from job to job in VA and surrounding states. The company will pay for lodging while working out of town and also pays a per diem for each day they work. Mechanics travel frequently and the same rules apply. Employees are required to furnish and wear hard hats, work gloves and 8" work boots. Everyone is required to use safe procedures in protecting themselves and fellow workers from accidents.
